A gourmet festival to celebrate French gastronomy held across the globe! Thousands of dinners “a la francaise” on the five continents and nation-wide gourmet initiatives.
This year’s focus is on socially and environmentally responsible cuisine.

For the sixth consecutive year, on the 16th of April 2020, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester takes part in Goût de/Good France – the unique worldwide culinary event uniting 150 countries, in celebration of French gastronomy.

This year, Goût de/Good France will place sustainable gastronomy at the centre of this new edition. Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet has created an exclusive 6-course menu including the seasonal Green asparagus from Provence, caviar, Borniambuc crème fraîche, along with the Fillet of turbot ‘à la Grenobloise’, Swiss chard or the Veal medallion, carrots and morel mushrooms. As a final flourish, the Golden apple and kasha completes this unique culinary journey.

To accompany this menu, Head Sommelier Pierre-Marie Faure has designed an elegant and refined wine pairing showcasing classic French appellations.
