Celebrate the beloved French Epiphany tradition at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester with a unique ‘Galette des Rois’ Lunch Hour Menu, created by Executive Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet and Pastry Chef Thibault Hauchard.
Between the 15th-18th January, guests can enjoy the delicate and iconic puff pastry and almond cake. Lucky guests who discover the hidden charm inside the Galette will be crowned King or Queen and win a special ‘Galette des Rois’ to share with family and friends.
Foretaste of this limited edition menu includes dishes such as the ‘Lentil velouté, duck foie gras royale’, the 'Fillet of Brill, cauliflower, confit bergamot’ or the ‘Chestnut Pasta, spinach, caramelised onions’, and to finish, the 'Galette Des Rois’.
Using only the freshest and seasonal ingredients, Jean-Philippe Blondet has created the perfect menu for those seeking new culinary delights to start the New Year!
The Lunch Hour menu is served for a limited time between Tuesday 15th January to Friday 18th January, 12:00pm – 1:30pm. The 3-course menu includes 2 glasses of white or red wine, coffee or tea, £70pp.
